Eric R. Moy

Eric represents businesses at every phase of development, including public and private and large, small and startup companies alike. His industry experience is broad and ranges from financial services to manufacturing to high-tech and biotech, among many others.

Eric advises on a wide array of business, financing, regulatory and transactional matters, including corporate governance, SEC and financial regulation, public offerings, venture capital and private placement transactions. He negotiates and closes mergers and acquisitions, commercial lending and leveraged ESOPs, securitization and structured finance transactions, and executive compensation agreements that range from millions to hundreds of millions of dollars in value.

On many occasions, Eric acts as outside general counsel for the businesses he represents. Eric’s creativity and absolute focus on getting the deal done or solving the problem at hand are supported by his ability to work productively on myriad client teams. He offers proven skill in managing complex transaction processes and coordinating the diverse perspectives and agendas of transaction participants.
