Focused on commercial litigation, Brittany Stradling is a motivated critical thinker who helps clients in virtually all stages of litigation. She attributes her attention to detail and tenacity to her years in the military.

Brittany represents clients in a range of matters and advocates to achieve a favorable outcome.

Brittany is experienced in written discovery, creating and maintaining client files, and evaluating documents to lock down a strong approach and effective strategy.

Prior to joining the firm full-time, Brittany was a summer associate with Barnes & Thornburg. She was also a legal intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she drafted various court documents and conducted witness interviews. In law school, she gained experience as a student attorney at the University of Michigan Legal Clinic. There, she represented clients in court proceedings acting as first chair.

Prior to law school, Brittany served in the U.S. Air National Guard as a security forces specialist. She deployed to Kuwait in 2018. Brittany’s experiences in the military gave her the skills to be an effective communicator and better attorney.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittany enjoys spending time with her family, traveling internationally, and improving her Spanish language skills. As an undergraduate, Brittany spent a summer in Greece studying anthropology.
