Beth Behrens is a commercial and business litigator who is knowledgeable in an array of civil disputes, ranging from product liability defense, medical malpractice defense, and complex commercial litigation.

Organized and detail-oriented in her client counsel and representations, Beth is valued for her recall of key topics and facts that are important to her clients’ cases, and she is passionate about helping clients tackle complex issues in a straightforward and easy to understand manner.

Beth is well-versed in virtually all areas of trial preparation, including preparing thorough timelines and factual chronologies; assisting with case strategy; drafting and preparing trial briefings and motions; locating, retaining, and consulting with expert witnesses; taking and defending fact and expert depositions; and preparing witnesses and experts for trial testimony. 

Beth has second-chaired two jury trials and has helped secure numerous favorable settlements, dismissals of cases, and judgments. She also has experience representing health care professionals before various licensing and administrative agencies and with appeals.
