Yuhei provides counsel on a broad range of general and commercial corporate issues. He also represents clients in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and those involving capital markets. Additionally, Yuhei is actively involved in the firm’s Japanese practice.
Yuhei is a certified lawyer in Japan and a member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Yuhei was an associate at a full service law firm in Japan based out of the Tokyo office.
