She understands not only the complex technology behind high-tech patents and trade secrets but also utilizes her clear and concise communication skills and judgment to strategically partner with her clients to tackle their business goals.

Tina uses her creativity and critical analytical skills to create an intellectual property strategy to protect her clients’ most important tangible assets, their hard-earned inventions and trade secrets, as well as to elevate their brands, increase their profit margins, and shield their business assets from competitors in the market.

She represents clients in a large range of technology areas, including chemical, material, life science, mechanical, aerospace, and semiconductor technologies, including those within batteries, as well as water treatment, fibers and textiles, polymers, pharmaceuticals, apparel, consumer products, nutritional supplements, food and beverage, and construction.

With a Ph.D. in chemistry and biochemistry, Tina is technologically savvy and leverages such knowledge to effectively connect with scientists and engineers to guide their technology development and inventions to maintain a competitive advantage in the market. Tina not only drafts, prosecutes and manages patent application portfolios around the globe, she is skilled at educating her clients’ teams, management, and stakeholders on the value of intellectual property to the success of their businesses. She is also creative in her approach to persevering to protect her clients’ tangible intellectual property assets when competitors challenge their hard-earned rights.
