Steven J. Sauro

Steven handles a wide variety of traditional and syndicated lending matters, permanent loans, loan modifications, multistate portfolio loans, small business loans, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS), commercial real estate sales and acquisitions and commercial leases from both sides of the transaction.

He has negotiated hundreds of commercial contracts and closed a wide variety of complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and commercial loans. Steven is skilled in efficiently analyzing, managing, acquiring and selling a large and varied portfolio of real property in multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining the firm, Steven was of counsel at an Atlanta-based law firm in the real estate and finance practice groups. He also served as former in-house counsel at a global consumer and building products company with approximately 50,000 employees and 600 properties.
