Marc Bulson’s practice is devoted primarily to the representation of developers, investors and users of commercial real estate. He has extensive experience in the development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of retail, hotel, multifamily, industrial and office properties. Marc also has broad experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial and retail leasing in markets across the United States.

Marc also has broad experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial and retail leasing in markets across the United States.

Prepared and effective, Marc’s clients rely on him as a trusted adviser on a wide range of real estate matters and appreciate his thorough yet practical approach in ensuring that their transactions get completed efficiently and on time. 

Prior to joining the firm, Marc was a partner at an AmLaw 200 law firm in Atlanta in its Real Estate Development and Finance Practice group.

Experience
  • Serves as leasing counsel for a manufacturer and supplier of industrial packaging products in connection with the negotiation of office and manufacturing/warehousing leases throughout the U.S. and Canada.
  • Represented developer in leasing of industrial/warehouse facilities consisting of more than 20 million square feet in California, Texas, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Kentucky, Ohio and Illinois.
  • Serves as leasing counsel for real estate investment fund’s entire U.S. office portfolio totaling more than 4 million square feet.
  • Represented non-traded REIT in acquisition of over 10 million square feet of industrial properties located throughout the U.S.
  • Represented retail developer in connection with all aspects of a ground-up grocery store anchored retail development located in the Georgia, including negotiation of acquisition documents, grocery store anchor lease, outparcel sales contracts, shop space leases and CC&Rs.
  • Represented investor in connection with the acquisition of a restaurant park in Georgia, including the assumption of three ground leases, totaling more than 58,000 square feet.
