Practical yet strategic, Chris assists clients with a range of commercial and business litigation matters, navigating them through business tort, contract, construction, fiduciary, insurance, and property disputes. Chris possesses experience relevant to virtually all stages of litigation, including pleading and motion practice, discovery, and trial.
Through serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Chief Judge J. Randal Hall of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia, Chris honed his skills and gained a unique perspective that is invaluable to clients involved in federal litigation. Before assuming his clerkship position, he was in private practice, where he represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in state and federal court.
Chris has the ability to understand complex legal issues from multiple perspectives, bolstered by his experience in all three branches of Georgia government – as a legislative session intern for Georgia State Rep. Brian Strickland, as a judicial extern for the Hon. P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court, and as a legal intern for Gov. Nathan Deal in the Office of Executive Counsel.
