Nora counsels clients through the full life of a case. She develops litigation and communications strategy, oversees electronic discovery, prepares witnesses for depositions, coordinates pleading, discovery, and motion practice, and provides trial support. Her experience includes federal and state court consolidated litigations.
Nora also represents clients in high-stakes settlement negotiations, both in consolidated proceedings and in individual matters. She structures and implements large-scale settlement programs and claims resolution processes that resolve thousands of lawsuits and claims.
Nora’s work as a mediator adds to her settlement practice. She completed the Mediation Skills Training Program at Northwestern University School of Professional Studies and serves on mediator panels for the federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Before entering private practice, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Virginia A. Long, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
