Natalie Klusek brings over 25 years of human resources experience to Barnes & Thornburg. Natalie focuses her attention on forward-thinking approaches when managing business operations, implementing process improvements and optimizing talent strategies to enable improved business results.
Natalie leads the firm’s HR functions and operations. She provides strategic oversight and leadership across all areas of HR, which encompass talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, coaching and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and labor relations.
