Molly Sigler focuses her practice on consumer regulatory law and insolvency-related issues. She is most appreciated for her ability to keep complex, multilevel matters on track toward resolution.

Molly’s experience includes representing liquidating trusts involved in resolving all types of bankruptcy claims, including 503(b)(9), reclamation, priority, secured, and general unsecured claims. She also assists large companies who are either secured or unsecured creditors in extensive Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy matters.
In addition, Molly represents banks and other financial institutions in navigating the evolving terrain of consumer regulations. Molly is skilled at researching and drafting 50-state surveys related to various consumer regulations.
Molly finds that frequent communication with the client about how a case is progressing is imperative and strives to keep clients informed each step of the way.
Her devotion to clear analysis and writing stems from her journalism degree and experience as a law clerk, and aids clients as she guides them through complex banking and financial services regulations that affect their business.
