Molly Sigler focuses her practice on insolvency-related issues, with a strong emphasis on representing creditors in bankruptcies and receivers in receiverships across the country. She is known for her ability to keep complex, multilevel matters moving efficiently toward resolution. 

Molly has extensive experience representing liquidating trusts in resolving a wide range of bankruptcy claims, including 503(b)(9), reclamation, priority, secured, and general unsecured claims. She also advises large companies — both secured and unsecured creditors — in significant Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings. In addition, she assists defendants of bankruptcy preference action proceedings, helping them navigate defenses and negotiate favorable outcomes.
