Michael P. Lucas is retired of counsel at Barnes & Thornburg, resident in the Indianapolis office. He practiced extensively in the area of municipal finance for the past 30 years and has participated in numerous municipal finance transactions in Indiana and throughout the United States. He acted as bond counsel for the state of Indiana and innumerable local governmental units.
Michael has been a member of the Indiana State Bar and American Bar Associations as well as the National Association of Bond Lawyers. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Public Finance.
