Maya Grassi has nearly 20 years of experience counseling nonprofit organizations, including associations, public charities, and foundations, in transactional matters. Maya is a problem-solver who provides a well-rounded business perspective that stems from a combination of in-house and law firm experience.  

Maya has served as legal counsel for nonprofits both as in-house counsel and in private practice. She is committed to helping these organizations achieve their missions.
