Matt Kelley is a trusted labor and employment attorney with more than 15 years of experience guiding employers through complex labor relations matters, including collective bargaining, union campaigns, unfair labor practice litigation, arbitrations and employment litigation. Known for his strategic counsel and innovative approach to positive employee relations, Matt helps clients navigate high-stakes workplace issues across a wide range of industries.

Matt’s practice encompasses almost every aspect of traditional labor relations, including collective bargaining, NLRB election/petitions, unfair labor practice litigation and appellate review of NLRB orders, and contract administration/arbitrations. He serves as lead negotiator for both public and private sector employers and has led negotiations for more than 80 collective bargaining agreements, including first-time and successor contracts. He has represented employers across entertainment, non-profit, healthcare, manufacturing (both heavy and light), warehousing/distribution, retail, food service and automotive sectors in negotiations and union organizing campaigns and related matters.
