Marquis Whitney concentrates his practice on a wide range of litigation matters in federal and state courts, with a particular focus on New Jersey federal courts.

Marquis gained experience during two federal clerkships where he managed a wide range of complex civil matters. As a former judicial law clerk, Marquis learned the inner workings of New Jersey federal courts and he uses this knowledge to provide clients with valuable guidance on the local rules, as well as insight into a judge’s preferences and procedures.
