Mark represents debtors and creditors in bankruptcy, loan restructurings, out-of-court workouts and state court litigation, including commercial mortgage and mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions. He advises on UCC matters and represents financial institutions and other lenders with loan documentation and enforcement activities.
Mark is regularly retained to deliver third-party legal opinions in financing and corporate transactions. He also advises national and regional landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers and other interested parties in virtually all aspects of commercial real property acquisition, financing, construction and leasing.
