Mariana heads the firm’s Immigration and Global Mobility Services practice group. She advises in-house counsel and human resources administrators who need guidance on immigration matters related to the employment of foreign nationals in the U.S. Mariana also counsels individual clients, such as professionals, athletes, scientists and university faculty and research staff, on the full range of immigration-related matters.
