Madeline San Jose brings a wide array of experience to her data privacy law and artificial intelligence practice paired with a Master of Science in cybersecurity risk management and several industry certifications. She works to protect her clients by providing cutting-edge analyses of their data processes, along with effective data security strategies and incident response support.
Maddie’s experience includes developing artificial intelligence and privacy policies, preparing state of the art cybersecurity training materials and drafting terms of use documents for clients. She is recognized as a Certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) and is certified in cybersecurity by (ISC)2.
In addition to her role as an associate, Maddie works closely with the firm's Chief Privacy Officer to oversee the firm’s privacy and artificial intelligence programs. She plays a key part in ensuring compliance and strategic development in these rapidly evolving areas.
