Earlier in her career, Luanne practiced with a health law group at a Baltimore-based firm, where she focused on regulatory and compliance issues for healthcare clients. Before entering private practice, she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw of the Appellate Court of Maryland and as a legal intern with the Kennedy Krieger Institute's Project HEAL, providing civil legal services to children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and preparing related policy reports.
