Liza assists the firm’s Real Estate department in a broad range of matters. She offers in-depth knowledge of leases, commercial acquisitions and site location. Her previous experience includes buying, building and selling restaurants, office buildings, shopping centers, and multi-family housing.
Prior to joining the firm, Liza was a senior transactional manager at a real estate investment trust (REIT) in Dallas. She managed the due diligence and closing processes for the REIT’s $1.5 million in single tenant acquisitions each quarter.
Liza has experience serving as an asset manager, real estate consultant, development manager and landman.
