A tenacious litigator, Lindsay Miller focuses her practice on defending companies in product liability suits. Supporting clients throughout the litigation process, Lindsay represents medical device companies and pharmaceutical manufacturers in an efficient and results-driven manner.

Lindsay has experience in virtually all areas of trial preparation, assisting with drafting trial briefings and motions and performing legal research. Additionally, she assists in preparing witnesses and experts for trial testimony.

Lindsay is dedicated to providing pro bono representation through the Support Center for Child Advocates, where she provides representation for children who have experienced abuse or neglect.

Lindsey serves as a Barnes & Thornburg AI Practice Champion, one of nearly 40 attorneys across the firm designated to advance the practical use of AI within their practice group and help translate the firm's AI strategy into day-to-day client work.

Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Lindsay served as a litigation attorney within the healthcare department at a Philadelphia-based law firm. While attending law school, Lindsay worked full-time as a law clerk, where she analyzed medical records, conducted legal research and assisted with trial preparation. During her final year of law school, Lindsay clerked for the Honorable Michael E. Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where she gained extensive experience in all stages of litigation.
