Linda Chandler is a paralegal in the Minneapolis, Minnesota office of Barnes & Thornburg, where she is a member of the firm's Real Estate Department. Following graduation from college in 1983, Linda began her legal career as a title processor and abstractor in Atlanta, Georgia, and since completion of paralegal school in 1985 has concentrated in commercial real estate for general practice law firms in Atlanta, Tampa, Chicago and Minneapolis.

Linda's experience includes preparing, analyzing and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, transfer, financing and authorization documents, leases and lease amendments, as well as performing due diligence, real and personal property reviews for mergers, acquisitions and financings.
