Leslie has experience in the public finance and real estate industries, with a particular focus on the preparation of bond and underwriting documents, including indentures, loan agreements, mortgages, tax certificates, UCC financing statements, bonds, closing certificates, opinions, offering documents and disclosure agreements; the closing of bond and lender-financed transactions; and review of title and survey and preparation of title/survey objection letters.
