With a knack for expense management and financial reporting, LauraJane brings her natural propensity for being detail-oriented and for problem solving to pricing and matter management.
LauraJane’s primary role is to assist the firm’s legal operations manager with creating matter budgets, scope of work documents and value-based, alternative fee arrangements, resulting in greater fee predictability for our clients. Additionally, she provides ad hoc analysis regarding monthly budgeting reports for firm management and department leadership.
LauraJane’s ability to review and quickly understand financial data allows her to help find solutions within the data and translate the results into easily digestible reports for attorneys and clients alike.
Prior to joining the firm, LauraJane gained experience serving as an intern with OneAmerica and Simon Property Group. She was responsible for creating sales reports to analyze and communicate trends and financial health, evaluating monthly expense variances, and constructing a new, automated sales reporting process using a data analytics software.
