A former federal and state prosecutor, Larry Mackey advised on white collar criminal defense and complex litigation. Having tried federal cases to successful acquittal, Larry worked with clients to tell their story in a manner that is highly persuasive and impactful to fact finders, judges and juries.
Larry concentrated his practice on the representation of corporations and executives subject to federal and state criminal and civil investigation proceedings. He served as the independent corporate compliance monitor for a large U.S. medical device manufacturer and distributor pursuant to the company’s deferred prosecution agreements with the U.S. government.
