Laine Cadwallader works with clients to identify and achieve their intellectual property goals. Using her technical background and previous industry experience, she works to understand the larger picture of clients’ innovations and deliver valuable protection of their ideas.
Laine’s practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on behalf of clients, as well as overseeing foreign prosecution of clients’ applications. She also counsels clients on patent prosecution strategy, patentability analysis, and portfolio management to deliver robust protection of their IP.
