Kyunghan Kim advises employers on complex labor and employment matters, drawing on deep experience with both Korean and U.S. legal frameworks. He helps clients navigate issues involving union relations, wage and hour compliance, and employee classification, with a focus on cross-border challenges.
Kyunghan counsels employers on the full range of Korean labor and employment law, including matters related to unfair labor practices, working hour regulations, and the Trade Union and Labor Relations Act. Prior to joining the firm, he spent six years in private practice at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, one of Korea’s leading law firms, where he was involved in several high-profile matters that helped shape evolving labor standards.
