Kyle has extensive experience in all aspects of pre-trial practice in state and federal courts and before arbitration tribunals, including drafting pleadings and motions, coordinating large-scale discovery, and handling settlement negotiations.

Kyle serves clients in the both public and private sector. Notably, he was a key member of a team serving as special counsel to the Ohio Attorney General in an arbitration against numerous major tobacco manufacturers.

In the private sector, Kyle frequently advises financial institution clients on issues involving creditors’ rights in the context of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act. Kyle also assists wide ranging businesses, both large and small, with litigation related to collections issues and any manner of general commercial disputes.
