Kirk Grable advised on public and infrastructure financing, public-private partnerships and municipal law. Kirk's clients knew that he would preserve the deal components that were essential to them. Valued for his ability to cultivate an open dialogue throughout the negotiation process, Kirk established the requisite credibility and willingness among deal constituents to successfully close the deal at hand.
In the public finance arena, Kirk has served as bond counsel representing state agencies and political subdivisions in connection with the issuance of numerous types of municipal debt obligations, including the issuance of bonds by the Indiana Finance Authority for the construction of Lucas Oil Stadium, the East End Crossing of the Ohio River Bridges Project, and the I-69 Section 5 Project. He has also participated in public finance transactions in other capacities, including as underwriter’s and bank counsel.
