She drafts loan documents on behalf of lenders for HUD, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and USDA transactions; assists in the pre-closing process; manages post-closing obligations; and reviews due diligence. She also reviews title commitments, creates title memos, and reviews pro formas and policies.

Kimberly often serves as a key client contact, providing status updates and ensuring adherence to both lending best practices and service standards.
