Kenneth’s practice includes all phases of litigation, including drafting responsive pleadings, dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, preparing lay witnesses and expert witnesses, drafting and arguing pretrial, evidentiary motions, and examining witnesses at hearings and jury trials. He advises clients on litigation strategy and pretrial matters with high-volume caseloads across multiple jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the firm, Kenneth practiced at a global insurance law firm in New York, where he litigated mass tort and product liability matters on behalf of manufacturers, processors, and contractors in multiple jurisdictions. He previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where he handled hundreds of criminal matters from arraignment through disposition, conducted multiple jury trials, presented matters to the grand jury, and examined witnesses at hearings and trial.
