She is sought after for her commercial contracting advice and negotiations and is also skilled at handling public client’s periodic filings with the SEC. She has worked on public company mergers and acquisitions, various syndicated loans and securitization matters, and capital markets offerings. As an in-house attorney at a public company, Kathleen was responsible for both supplier and customer contracting matters, including supplier contracts worth $600 million, and matters associated with post-merger integration and antitrust regulatory matters.
