With more than a decade of legal experience, Katherine supports attorneys with complex transactional matters, including a variety of P3/Infrastructure documents, closing documents, and certificates. She assists with a wide range of tasks, such as drafting annotated agendas, reviewing submitted proposals, and creating and managing data rooms for due diligence materials.
Prior to joining Barnes & Thornburg, Katherine was a paralegal and closing coordinator at a national law firm, where she supported public finance and infrastructure transactions. Earlier in her career, she built a strong foundation in government affairs and transactional support through administrative and legislative roles at firms in Washington, D.C.
