Justin Hofmeister is a professional responsibility attorney who provides legal counsel to the firm’s attorneys and firmwide management. Justin advises on ethical challenges, legal conflicts and professional responsibility issues that may arise in the practice of law.  

Justin works in the firm’s Office of General Counsel and counsels firm attorneys on legal ethics and professional responsibility matters that may arise in the practice of law. Justin also advises on business intake matters and due diligence efforts for legal and lateral candidates. He drafts and reviews conflict waivers and engagement letters, reviews and negotiates outside counsel guidelines and drafts and reviews other documents relating to ethical compliance.
