Nationally, J.T. serves as first-chair trial counsel and national coordinating counsel for some of the world’s largest healthcare companies. He has shown that he can litigate and win in any venue; from notably demanding federal courts such as the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of Virginia’s “Rocket Docket,” and the busiest Multi-District Litigations, to state courts regarded as challenging forums for corporate defendants, like the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, King County Superior Court (Seattle), Multnomah County Circuit Court (Portland), and the City of St. Louis Circuit Court. He has also protected or expanded his client’s wins on appeals in both federal and state courts.
