A seasoned white collar and commercial litigator, Joy Boyd Longnecker has successfully tried more than 40 cases. She helps individuals and companies, many of which are healthcare providers, navigate white collar criminal and civil matters, including those involving allegations of fraud. As a former prosecutor, she brings a dynamic and pragmatic perspective to each case.

Joy routinely investigates and defends matters arising under the False Claims Act (FCA) and assists clients with responding to government requests and subpoenas, including subject and target letters, grand jury subpoenas and civil investigative demands. Her proactive and thorough internal investigations often allow her to negotiate and secure favorable early resolutions of civil and criminal matters.
