A partner in the Litigation Department, Josh Wes navigates his clients through some of the most complex product liability and mass tort cases in the country. His practice focuses primarily on defending pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products companies in high-stakes litigation matters in courts throughout the United States.
Josh defends pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer products clients in product liability and mass tort litigation in state and federal court, including in multidistrict and coordinated proceedings. His practice includes largescale national litigation as well as individual injury and wrongful death cases. Josh has been a key member of numerous trial teams, taking on development of case strategy, day-to-day case management, and all aspects of fact and expert discovery.
