Joseph represents both institutional and individual clients in high-stakes litigation ranging from breach of contract and tortious interference with economic advantage to product labeling, trade secret disputes and real estate matters.
Joseph’s adaptability and curiosity drive him to put himself in the position of his clients, learn their challenges and work toward a solution that best meets their business needs. He has developed strategies that suit his clients well, whether dealing with pretrial motions, negotiations and settlements, or advocacy before a judge or jury.
With regard to general commercial litigation, Joseph has been involved in various stages of complex litigation, class actions and arbitrations, including pre-suit negotiations, discovery, motion practice and preparation for trial.
Outside of his practice, Joseph enjoys travel, cooking, movies and reading.
