Joo Cha Webb concentrates her practice on defending and advising companies facing complex environmental and toxic tort claims, product liability matters, regulatory compliance challenges, and high-stakes commercial disputes. She represents a diverse range of clients across industries including energy, oil and gas, chemicals, medical devices, construction, agribusiness, and manufacturing.

Joo brings substantial experience counseling companies of all sizes in matters involving a broad range of substances such as per- and polyfluorinated substances (PFAS), microplastics, benzene, organic solvents, silica, aluminum, lead, and formaldehyde. She has played a leading role in defending claims arising from alleged exposures and environmental contamination, particularly those involving PFAS discharges, in class actions and individual lawsuits encompassing personal injury, medical monitoring, property damage, as well as cost recovery and Natural Resource Damages brought by various government agencies, in both federal and state courts.

In addition to her litigation practice, Joo serves as a trusted advisor on environmental compliance and risk management. She works proactively with clients to identify pre-litigation risks, develop practical mitigation strategies, and implement best practices aligned with their business objectives. Known for her strategic approach, Joo collaborates closely with clients to navigate technical and legal complexities, assess potential exposure, and execute comprehensive defense strategies designed to achieve optimal outcomes.
