He partners with legal, HR, and business teams to develop practical and effective labor and employee relations strategies to help avoid litigation. When disputes arise, John brings first chair jury trial experience and serving as lead counsel in high-stakes preliminary injunction hearings and administrative trials and proceedings. John has been a leader in the community as well, having served in positions in state government, counsel to political campaigns, and on boards of directors for nonprofits that tackle child abuse, neglect, and family homelessness, improving the lives of Hispanic students, and fighting hunger and food insecurity.
