Jessica Metzger

With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Jessica is a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal. She is appreciated for her dedication and loyalty to her clients, attorneys and team members.

Jessica is knowledgeable in virtually all aspects of Medicaid. She assists clients with the application process for various Medicaid services including preparing for interviews with the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA). She drafts affidavits and legal correspondence, keeps detailed inventory of client assets and documentation and manages important deadlines and scheduling. In her two decades of service, Jessica has completed hundreds of successful Medicaid applications. 

Additionally, Jessica is valued for her proven leadership and client skills. She acts as the primary contact for clients, the FSSA state representative and appeal court personnel. Jessica understands the important role that consistent communication, simplistic language and empathy plays when assisting clients. Jessica has led and supervised various teams, strategizing how to best utilize each individual’s strengths to improve productivity.
