Jerry served a wide variety of clients, including manufacturers, financial and insurance institutions, service organizations, and entertainers in the procurement, enforcement, and licensing of intellectual property rights and in other intellectual property matters.
Mr. Jerry served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and then attended Purdue University where he obtained a B.S. degree in electrical engineering in 1957. He received his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law-Bloomington in 1960.
Mr. Jerry served as an in-house corporate counsel for eight years before entering private practice. He was a partner in the former law firm of Jenkins, Coffey, Hyland, Badger & Conard which merged with Barnes & Thornburg in 1982.
