Hunt Reynolds navigates complex governmental and regulatory landscapes with practical and strategic legal solutions for clients. Offering thoughtful counsel, he provides quality legal services for his clients whose work will improve the lives of the people of Indiana.

Hunt represents clients in a range of government-related matters, including investor-owned and municipal energy, water, and wastewater utilities in proceedings before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC). He advises clients with general rate cases, periodic rate adjustment (tracker proceedings), certificate of public convenience and necessity cases, preapprovals, financings, acquisitions, disputes, investigations, rulemakings, and service area-related cases. 
Prior to joining the firm, Hunt began his career at a county-seat practice near his hometown where he represented clients in civil litigation, real estate, business, government services, and estate planning and administration.

In law school, Hunt interned with Barnes & Thornburg’s government services group during a budget session of the Indiana General Assembly. He gained experience clerking at a statewide agricultural policy organization, externing with the general counsel in the Office of the Governor of Indiana, and externing for Justice Mark Massa of the Indiana Supreme Court. Hunt was selected as a fellow for his law school’s Program on Law and State Government in 2022.
