Jeremy Nauman represents lenders and loan servicers in commercial and multifamily real estate finance transactions, from origination through the life of the loan. His clients include financial institutions, bridge lenders, and banks, and he regularly represents lenders in Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae multifamily lending programs.

On loan originations, Jeremy advises on loan documents, title and survey matters, title insurance, and due diligence for commercial and multifamily development loans. He regularly works through a range of deal structures, including joint ventures, tenancies in common, ground leases, master leases, condominiums, phased developments, and preferred equity.

Jeremy also represents agency and non-agency lenders and commercial mortgage loan servicers on loan consents, modifications, assumptions, and other servicing matters affecting securitized and non-securitized commercial mortgage loans, including transactions involving tax-exempt and taxable affordable multifamily loans. His matters range from single loans to large portfolios spanning multiple jurisdictions, and he often serves as consolidated counsel for multiple loan servicers on multi-jurisdictional portfolios.
