With more than 20 years of legal experience, Jennifer Wylie is a big picture thinker and problem solver who always has the client top of mind. As a member of the Legal Operations team, Jennifer provides embedded project management support to attorneys and practice groups. She advises teams on how to streamline legal work and facilitates efficiency measures tailored to the matter and client at hand. Jennifer helps teams with tracking and monitoring their work and legal spend. She acts as an additional client contact, who can resolve legal operations issues in conjunction with the attorney team. Jennifer provides strategic advice to teams based on her expertise as a project manager and former paralegal. She also works closely with the firm’s Pricing, Rates and Client Solutions teams.
Jennifer currently serves on the team of the Special Compliance Coordinator, appointed by the U.S. Department of Commerce, to monitor, assess, and report on the U.S. export control compliance of Zhongxing Telecommunications Equipment Corporation, of Shenzhen, China, and ZTE Kangxun Telecommunications Ltd. of Hi-New Shenzhen, China (collectively, ZTE).
Prior to her current position, Jennifer was a paralegal with the firm in the White Collar, Compliance, and Investigations practice group. There, she provided support to multiple federal criminal trials, assisted and managed internal investigations, and was seconded to a client in their compliance department for three months.
