Jennifer Snead has more than 25 years of experience in patent prosecution and working in law firms. Jennifer is skilled supporting the preparation and filing of many different patents from filing the initial application through to issuance.
Jennifer prepares and files patent documents at the appropriate stage of prosecution at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and with foreign counsel. She reviews, researches and responds to client and USPTO correspondences, and assists with monitoring and reconciling dockets. In addition, Jennifer has worked with a variety of professionals, such as draftspersons, patent searchers and annuity services, to meet client objectives as needed.
