Jacob Palcic focuses his practice on advising clients on a wide variety of litigation matters. Jacob represents the interests of individuals and corporations across Indiana and Michigan. Jacob is well-versed in written discovery and document production, conducting depositions, handling settlement negotiations, and preparing and drafting motions, briefs and other court filings. He has secured numerous dismissals on motions to dismiss and for summary judgment, including in cases he has handled as first-chair attorney, without subjecting the client to the expense and ordeal of a trial. Jacob often achieves favorable results for clients through mediation and other settlement negotiations.
