Jack primarily represents real estate sponsors, developers, and investors in negotiating and drafting transaction documents across the full deal lifecycle. Jack also advises on property-level diligence in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, and recapitalizations. He also counsels clients on the day-to-day legal management of their assets. He balances legal precision with business pragmatism to be a trusted resource for clients managing large portfolios, stabilized acquisitions, and ground-up developments.
Jack brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by his experience at an Atlanta-based Am Law 200 firm and as assistant general counsel to the country's leading student housing developer and owner/operator.
