Hira Saint helps clients navigate complex commercial disputes and challenges. Drawing on her in-house experience with one of California’s largest utilities, she brings a practical, business-minded approach to litigation that balances legal strategy with real-world impact.

Before joining the firm, Hira served as in-house commercial litigation counsel at one of California’s largest utilities, where she managed and represented the company in complex litigation matters and supported the company’s risk management strategies. Earlier in her career, she was an associate with Walsworth LLP and gained additional experience as a law clerk with Southern California Edison and with an intellectual property boutique firm, Kleinberg & Lerner, LLP.
