Heather McBride is a paralegal in the firm's Litigation Department, where she focuses on supporting the firm's product liability and mass torts resolution team. She has extensive experience coordinating and managing all phases of the settlement process for high-volume litigation matters, providing legal and operational support for large-scale settlements involving thousands of claims.

Heather's responsibilities include managing and organizing multidistrict litigation matters, overseeing document management and record tracking, reviewing and analyzing medical records, preparing medical chronologies, and supporting all aspects of the claims review and settlement process. She manages electronic databases and organizes large volumes of case information across complex litigation matters.

Earlier in her career, Heather served as a senior litigation paralegal, managing pre-litigation and litigation matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases from initial intake through resolution. Her experience includes case strategy support, client communication, medical record review, discovery management, drafting and reviewing pleadings and other legal documents, and settlement coordination.

Heather also gained experience as a litigation case manager, supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, including client communications, discovery coordination, mediation and trial preparation, and comprehensive litigation support in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters.
